01Founder and Director
Rohit Shende started this in 2016 and still works the floor.
Rohit founded Atminas Creatives out of a single room in Baner and runs both halves of it today: the client studio that makes films, identities, motion and animation, and the academy that teaches those exact pipelines to the next batch of artists.
His standing rules are the ones repeated across this site, because they are true of how he works. A real person replies within two working hours. The scope is written down before a rupee changes hands. Students train on real client briefs. And every project goes home with its source files, not a locked folder.

Our story
Atminas began with one goal: to show how animation and video post production are actually done. Since 2016 that has meant client films on one side and live training on the other, from the same studio in Baner. Over the years we have shipped more than 450 projects, worked with 300 plus companies, and trained 1,200 plus students. What started in a single room now fills the floor.
Our mission
To teach the craft well enough that a student graduates with proof, and to make video that does its job for a client. That means training stays affordable and brief, real projects come from the client board, and studio quotes are written plainly before work starts.
