The short version. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking of any kind. Nothing you type into the contact form reaches our servers: it opens your own email app with the message filled in, and you decide whether to send it. The only way we learn anything about you is if you choose to write to us.

Who we are

Atminas Creatives is a creative studio and academy based in Baner, Pune, Maharashtra 411045, India. For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the DPDP Act) and, where it applies, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are the data controller for any personal information you send us.

What this website collects

Nothing, until you choose to email us

This is a static website. It has no database, no user accounts, and no server-side code that receives form submissions. The contact form and the newsletter box do not transmit anything to us. Instead, pressing the send button opens your own email application with a message composed from what you typed, and nothing leaves your device until you press send in that application.

That means the information below never reaches Atminas Creatives through the website itself. We only receive it if you send the email.

If you chose to answer: project type, budget range, timeline, or which course interests you
Anything you write in the free-text message box

Server logs

This site is served by Cloudflare. Like every web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data to deliver pages and to defend against attacks: your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, and your browser's user-agent string. This is ordinary technical logging for security and performance, not profiling, and it is not used to build a profile of you or to serve advertising. Cloudflare's handling of this data is governed by its own privacy policy.

What this website does not do

No cookies. Not even a preference cookie. There is therefore no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
No analytics. No Google Analytics, no Plausible, no heatmaps, no session recording.
No advertising or tracking pixels. None of any kind.
No third-party requests on page load. Fonts, styles, scripts and images are all served from this domain. Opening a page contacts no one but us.
No selling or sharing. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it for marketing.
No mailing list without asking. Writing to us does not add you to anything. The monthly notes list is opt-in, separately, and every email in it carries a one-click unsubscribe.

Links that leave this site

Two things on this site take you to somebody else. Both require you to click them; neither loads anything in the background.

The Chat on WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp, operated by Meta. Once you are there, Meta's own privacy policy applies.
The email links open your own email application. Your email provider's policy applies to that message, not ours.

Why we are allowed to hold your information

If you do send us an email, we hold it on the following bases:

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the contact form and then choosing to send the message. You can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete the correspondence.
Legitimate interests in answering enquiries, running the studio, and keeping ordinary business records, balanced against your rights. We only hold what is needed for those purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work: deleted within 24 months.
Client and student records: kept for as long as the working relationship lasts and for the period afterwards that tax, accounting and contract law require.
Server logs: retained by Cloudflare on its standard short retention schedule. We do not keep copies.
Monthly notes list: kept until you unsubscribe, after which your address is removed.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to:

Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed
Correct, complete or update it
Request erasure, unless we are legally required to keep it
Withdraw consent at any time
Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity
Complain to the Data Protection Board of India

If you are in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to:

Restrict how we process your information
Object to processing based on legitimate interests
Receive your information in a portable format
Lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority, or in the UK with the Information Commissioner's Office

To exercise any of these, write to rohit@atminascreatives.com with the subject line "Data request". We will respond within 30 days and will not charge you for it.

Grievance officer

As required under Indian law, our grievance officer for data protection matters is Rohit Shende, Founder and Director. Write to rohit@atminascreatives.com or call +91-7038011023 during studio hours. We aim to acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS only, with HSTS enabled so your browser will refuse a downgraded connection. It enforces a strict Content Security Policy, which means no third-party script can run on it. Because the site stores nothing, there is no database of yours to leak.

Children

This website is aimed at adults enquiring about professional work or courses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Substantial changes will also be noted on the contact page while the enquiry window is open.
