01The story
How Emberfall main titles came together.
Emberfall needed a title sequence that felt dangerous without feeling designed. The series shot practical fire plates on set, and our job was to turn that footage into typography: burning-in titles, transitions between episodes, and a main on end that credits a large crew without losing tension.
The VFX work was deliberately invisible: cleanup passes, grain matching, and comp work that made plates from three shoot days read as one continuous burn. The type was animated in After Effects over the plates, never on top of them.
The package also shipped as a template set, so the series team could roll episode specific credits without coming back for every change.
